Privacy Policy

This page explains which personal data this website handles, why, and what your rights are. In short: the site has no tracking or analytics, and I only use the data you send me to answer you.

Who is responsible

This website is run by Yaroslav Snihur (Yarko Media Production), automotive photographer and videographer based near Milan, Italy. I am the data controller. You can reach me at yaro@yarkoproduction.com.

When you contact me

If you write to me by email or through the contact form, I receive the data you choose to send: usually your name, your email address and your message. The form doesn’t send or store anything by itself: it opens your own email app with the message ready to send.

I use these data only to answer your request and, if we work together, to organise the job. The legal basis is the steps you ask me to take before a possible agreement and my legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

I receive and answer emails with Zoho Mail (servers in the European Union) and Gmail (Google). I keep your messages only as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, as long as the law requires, for example for invoices. Then I delete them.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. These data are kept for a short time, for security only (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use cookies for advertising or statistics and doesn’t track you. Fonts, photos and videos are served from the site itself, with no requests to Google or other third parties. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies for security, for example to tell people from bots.

Links to other sites

The links to Instagram and to my client galleries on Pixieset take you to other websites, with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how I use them, or to receive them in a common format. You can also object to how I use them. Just write to yaro@yarkoproduction.com.

If you think your data are not handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
